To perform the SimpleFit level 1 routine, you be working out three days per week, with one day separated between each.
For level 1, day 1, you'll perform a sequence of three exercises: 1 pull-up, 2 push-ups, and 3 squats. Repeat this sequence over and over again until you've completed 20 minutes. Your goal is to do as many as you possibly can.
