  1. Chicken Breast (2.0 small (yield after cooking, bone removed))
  2. Lemon Juice (0.02 oz)
  3. Salt (1.0 dash)
  4. Black Pepper (1.0 dash)
  5. Garlic Powder (0.5 tsp)
  6. Onion Flakes (0.5 tbsp)
  7. Pepper or Hot Sauce (0.1 tsp)
  8. Traditional Breadsticks (2.0 breadsticks)
  9. Worcestershire Sauce (0.33 tbsp)

Instructions

A delicious spicy baked chicken meal recipe to add flavor without fat and calories for your HCG diet. TIP: You may add a bit of Tabasco or Frank's Red Hot before serving to make it even more spicy, if desired.

  • Add a couple of drops of lemon and hot pepper sauce or tabasco on each piece.
  • Season with salt and pepper, garlic powder and dried onion flakes.
  • Place chicken into baking pan then sprinkle crushed grissini bread sticks over top.
  • Bake for 30 - 40 minutes at 350° or until chicken is no longer pink.
