Weight Watchers Beef And Broccoli Stir-fry recipe

Ingredients Needed

  1. Corn Starch (1.0 tbsp)
  2. Salt (1.0 dash)
  3. Beef Bottom Sirloin Butt (Tri-Tip, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4'' Fat) (3.0 oz)
  4. Canola Oil (2.0 tbsp)
  5. Fat Free Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth (1.0 cup)
  6. Broccoli Florets (1.0 cup)
  7. Ginger (1.0 tsp)
  8. Garlic (1.0 clove)
  9. Red Peppers, Sweet - Cooked (1.0 oz)
  10. Soy Sauce (1.0 tbsp)
  11. Water (1.0 cup (8 fl oz))


With its distinct texture combined with the twist of broccoli, this will surely be a hit!

  • Combine 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and salt in a plate then add beef to coat.
  • Heat oil over medium-high heat then add beef and stir fry until lightly browned. Cooked for 4 minutes then place in a bowl with slotted spoon.
  • Place a half cup of broth to the same pan and stir thoroughly. Add broccoli, cook and cover until crisps and add ginger, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Stir together soy sauce, broth, cornstarch, and water in a cup then add in the pan.
  • Reduce to medium heat then simmer for 1 minute until slightly thicken.
  • Add the beef and juices to the pan then toss to coat evenly.
