  7. Garlic (1.0 clove)
  8. Egg (1.0)
  9. Salt (1.0 dash)
  10. Black Pepper (1.0 dash)
  11. Tomato Sauce with Tomato Tidbits (Canned) (1.0 oz)
  12. Green Hot Chili Peppers (1.0 pepper)

Instructions

Here’s a tasteful and nutritious meal that you can have for your lunch or dinner while you’re having your 17 day diet. With the turkey ground meat as your stuffed, you will surely have enough!

  • Bring a lightly salted water in a boil. Add ½ cabbage leaves at a time for 3-4 minutes until softened, drain and set aside.
  • Mix all ingredients except for canned tomatoes in a large bowl.
  • Scoop a mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf, roll up burrito-style. Set aside in a large skillet.
  • Add tomatoes and 1 cup of water, bring to a boil.
  • Cover and reduce heat and let it simmer for 35 minutes. Tack frequently with liquids from skillet.
  • Remove cover and let liquid subside for 10 minutes. Pour liquids over roll and served.
  • Tips: When it comes to salad making, red or purple cabbage is recommended. It is because of its color and attractive accent.

    When removing the white core of the cabbage, soak the whole cabbage into a boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and separate each leaves until you get closer to the center of the cabbage.’
