  6. Baking Soda (1.0 tsp)
  7. Ground Cinnamon (1.0 tsp)
  8. Salt (1.0 dash)
  9. Eggs, beaten (5.0 pcs)
  10. Vanilla Extract (1.0 tsp)
  11. Fat Free Cream Cheese (6.0 tbsp)
  12. powdered sugar, sift after measuring (0.5 cup)
  13. unsweetened dark cocoa powder (0.5 cup)
  14. Vanilla Extract (1.0 tsp)
  15. Non fat milk (3.0 tbsp)

Instructions

Here's an easy to do chocolate cake recipe that is suited for chocolate lover like you. This comes with frosting that everyone will surely love!

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Prepare the cake pans by coating it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine oat flour, dry milk powder, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
  • Whisk applesauce, egg whites, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients until well blended but do not over mix.
  • Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Insert a toothpick at the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, then your cake is ready.
  • Remove the pan from the oven then let it cool on a wire rack.
  • To make cake frosting, beat cheese, sifted powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth with an electric mixer.
  • Add milk slowly and beat until consistency is achieved.
  • Swirl over the top of cake. Serve and Enjoy!
