Weight Watchers Corned Beef And Cabbage recipe

Ingredients Needed

  1. Onion (0.5 cup)
  2. Garlic (1.0 clove)
  3. Corned Beef Brisket (Cured) (1.0 oz)
  4. Carrot chunks (1.0 cup)
  5. Potatoes (1.0 cup)
  6. Green Cabbage - Raw (1.0 cup of chopped)
  7. Chicken Broth Soup (Low Sodium, Canned) (1.0 cup)


Here's a delicious way of making your traditional corned beef extra fun by adding cabbage!

  • Add onions and garlic in a slow cooker then place the corned beef over the onions. Set the carrots and potatoes around the meat.
  • Place the cabbage wedges over the vegetables then pour the broth over the vegetables . Cook and cover for 4 to 5 hours on high heat until fork-tender.
  • Move the corned beef to a platter and cut into slices. Lift with a slotted spoon the vegetables from the broth and place around the meat.
  • Serve and enjoy!
