  7. Soy Sauce (1.0 tbsp)
  8. Garlic (1.0 clove)
  9. Ginger (1.0 tsp)
  10. Black Pepper (1.0 dash)
  11. Roasted Red Chili Paste (1.0 tbsp)
  12. Sesame Oil (1.0 tsp)
  13. Corn Starch (1.0 tbsp)
  14. Water (1.0 cup (8 fl oz))

Instructions

Here's a nutritious meal that comes with a crunchy and delicious taste of broccoli.

  • Mix oil, beef, mushrooms, onion, broth, garlic, chili paste, soy sauce, pepper, and ginger in a 3 ½ to 4 quart slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low setting.
  • Cook rice in water for about 30-35 minutes before serving.
  • Combine 2 tablespoons of water and cornstarch and blend well.
  • Put broccoli into beef mixture then stir in the cornstarch.
  • Cover and cook for additional 30 minutes on low setting until broccoli is tender. Serve over rice.
