Ingredients Needed

  7. Eggs (1.0 egg)
  8. Oat Bran (50.0 g)
  9. Thyme (1.0 tsp)
  10. Muscat nut (1.0 oz)

Instructions

Give your usual chicken dish a kick by filling it with this nutritious additive, spinach! Not only does it gives nutrients for the body but it’s unique distinct taste blends well with the chicken.

  • Rinse the spinach and peel the onion. Cut the onion and garlic into cubes.
  • Sauté garlic and onion on a frying pan at medium heat then add the spinach. Cook the spinach until soft then cool down.
  • Add an egg and season with grated muscat nut, salt, and pepper.
  • Prepare the chicken by making a long hole, lengthwise, on each chicken breast with a sharp knife. Spoon the spinach mixture inside the hole.
  • Beat an egg in a bowl and soak your chicken until covered. Roll with oat bran on a separate plate.
  • Fry each chicken breast for 1 minute on a pan then bake for 8 minutes at 10 degrees in a preheated oven.
  • Tips: When cutting the breast, place the skin sides downward then turns the breast back over and position so the tip side is facing you and the thin side faces the opposite of your cutting hand.

    Put your non holding hand on top of the breast then insert your knife into the breast in sweeping motion. Make sure the thickness is equal and had reached on the edge cut has reaches in the middle.
