Ingredients Needed

  1. Pumpkin - Raw (1.0 cup (1'' cubes))
  2. Ginger (0.25 cup slices)
  3. Shallots (1.0 oz)
  4. Natural Vegetable Cooking Stock (1.0 cup)
  5. White Wine (1.0 liter)
  6. Coriander Leaf (Dried) (1.0 tsp)
  7. Salt (1.0 dash)
  8. Black Pepper (1.0 dash)

  • Fry the pumpkin and the shallot for 2 minutes in a large saucepan.
  • Put the white wine and wait until it evaporates then add ginger and stock.
  • Bring the soup into a boil at medium temperature for 20 minutes then blend.
  • Mix with the chopped coriander. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
