Nutrisystem Double Chocolate Chip Muffins recipe

Ingredients Needed

  1. Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1.0 cup)
  2. Unsweetened Cocoa (1.0 tbsp)
  3. all-purpose flour (1.0 3/4 cup)
  4. Baking Powder (Low Sodium) (1.0 tsp)
  5. Salt (1.0 dash)
  6. granulated white sugar (0.5 cup)
  7. Eggs, beaten (2.0 large)
  8. 100% Pure Vanilla Extract (0.25 tsp)
  9. Sour Cream (1.0 cup)

  • Prepare the oven and preheat to 400 degrees.
  • Arrange the cups of a muffin pan with paper lines.
  • Sift cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in in medium bowl.
  • Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until creamy.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla on the large bowl and beat until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in the sour cream and the chocolate chips then add the flour mixture.
  • Stir until properly mixed.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and let it stand for 2 minutes then transfer the muffins in their paper cups to a wire rack.
  • Serve and enjoy!
