Dukan Diet Meatballs With Sour Cream recipe

Ingredients Needed

  1. Ground Turkey (2.0 lb)
  2. 100% Liquid Egg Whites (0.5 cup)
  3. Oat Bran (0.5 cup)
  4. Fat Free Cottage Cheese (1.0 cup)
  5. Young Green Onions (2.0 cup of chopped)
  6. Chipotle Chili (4.0 chilis, chopped with adobo sauce)
  7. Cheddar Cheese (2.0 cup shredded)
  8. Fat Free Sour Cream (200.0 g)
  9. Young Green Onions (2.0 small)
  10. Chipotle Chili (1.0 chipotle chili chopped with adobo sauce)


This very easy recipe on how to make meatballs with sour cream will definitely satisfy your tummy.

  • First, get a large mixing bowl and add the one pound of ground turkey, ¼ cup of egg whites, ¼ cup of oat bran, ½ cup of fat free cottage cheese, chopped green onions, chopped chipotle chilies with 1 tablespoon of adobo sauce, and ½ cup of fat free cube or shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Using your hand, mix all the ingredients together. Do it gently to avoid handling too much.
  • When your mixture is ready, using your wet hands, make 24 medium sized meatballs.
  • When done, put them in a baking dish and bake the meatballs for 25 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • While waiting for the meatballs to be completely cooked, in a small bowl, add ½ cup of fat free sour cream, 1 teaspoon of chopped green onions, and chopped chipotle chili with 1 teaspoon of adobo sauce. Mix them well together.
  • After 25 minutes of baking, remove the meatballs from the oven and place them on a flat plate and serve them with the sour cream mixture prepared from the previous step.
  • If you won’t serve it immediately, you can refrigerate them until ready to serve.
