Weight Watchers Egg Salad recipe

Ingredients Needed

  1. Eggs (4.0 large)
  2. Egg White (1.0 large)
  3. Chives (1.0 tbsp of chopped)
  4. Mayonnaise (1.0 tbsp)
  5. Dijon Mustard (1.0 tsp)
  6. Salt (1.0 dash)
  7. Black Pepper (1.0 dash)


Here’s an easy, nutritious, and budget-friendly salad recipe that will surely make a big hit!

  • Put eggs in a medium bowl saucepan and pour in water and then set pan in high heat, bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat to medium low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, drain, and place eggs in an ice-water bath.
  • Remove egg shells then discard yolks from two of the eggs. Slice remaining whole eggs and whites into bite-size pieces.
  • Put eggs to a separate bowl then add chives, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well.
