  2. Dijon Mustard (3.0 tsp)
  3. Lemon Juice (0.33 cup)
  4. Black Pepper (4.0 dash)
  5. Minced Garlic (1.0 tsp)

Instructions

A healthy and delicious recipe great on its own or cut into strips for other uses.

  • Combine lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper into bowl. Mix well.
  • Toss chicken into the marinade mixture and leave in for 30 mins.
  • Grill or broil until fully cooked.
