  • First, prepare your frying pan and put it over medium heat. Spray it with nonstick cooking spray or add oil to make it a nonstick pan.
  • While your pan is heating, get the 2 large eggs, beat in a medium sized bowl and separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  • Lightly scramble the egg whites in a bowl, and add salt and pepper. When done, pour the egg whites into the pan and cook.
