Ingredients Needed

  1. Tilapia Fillets (8.0 oz)
  2. Ground Rosemary (2.0 tsp)
  3. Black Pepper (2.0 tsp)
  4. Sea Salt (2.0 tsp)
  5. Garlic Powder (2.0 tsp)
  6. Water (8.0 tbsp)
  7. Lemon Juice (2.0 lemon yields)


Here’s another healthy and tasty meal that you can enjoy. This is a recipe for fried white fish with rosemary.

  • In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of ground rosemary, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and combine together.
  • Then get your fish and make sure it has been thoroughly cleaned. Using the mixture prepared from the previous step, season both sides of the fish.
  • Put a skillet or any frying pan over medium heat. Put the seasoned fish into the pan and then add 1/3 cup of water and add lemon juice.
  • Cover the pan with a lid. This will keep the steam inside the skillet.
  • Cook the fish for 4 to 5 minutes. To determine if the fish is completely cooked, check if it easily comes apart with fork.
