Ingredients Needed

  2. Liquid Aminos (Bragg) (2.0 tbsp)
  3. Peanut Butter (Raw) (2.0 tbsp)
  4. Rice Wine Vinegar (4.0 tbsp)
  5. Dark Sesame Oil (1.0 tbsp)
  6. White Cabbage (4.0 cups shredded)
  7. Bean Sprouts (2.0 cup)
  8. Scallions or Spring Onions (2.0 large)
  9. Sesame Seeds (2.0 tbsp)
  10. Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (2.0 tsp)

Instructions

Add this recipe on your list while you’re on Hcg Diet. The main ingredient is the Miracle Noodle which is known to have zero calories and zero carbs. You can make a variety of recipes using this noodle and one of those is this Sesame Noodles that you can serve hot or cold. Go give it a try!

  • Start by opening the bag of Miracle Noodles and put it into a strainer to drain the water that is packed in the noodles. Make sure to remove the water from the noodles.

    Next, heat a pot over medium flame and add water on it. Put salt and allow it to boil.
  • When the salted water starts boiling, get you pasta and add it on the pot. Boil your pasta for at least one minute. When it’s done, get the strainer and put your noodles on it. Make sure you drain the water properly, and then transfer the noodles to a medium sized or large bowl.
  • Get another large bowl. Put 1 tablespoon of Braggs Liquid Aminos, 1 tablespoon of unsalted peanut butter, 2 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon of dark sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of Sriracha hot sauce (this is optional and you can add any hot sauce available in your kitchen). Mix the ingredients together until well-combined.
  • Then add your cooked noodles, 2 cups of shredded white cabbage and 1 cup bean sprouts. Toss them well with your sauce.
  • When your noodles, veggies, and sauce are well combined, chopped 3 scallions and use it to garnish your noodles. Next, add your sesame seeds throughout the salad and serve.

    TIP: You can also heat the sauce for a few minutes in your sauce pan, and then add your noodles and serve hot.
