  2. Espresso Coffee (1.0 oz)
  3. Splenda with Fiber (1.0 packet)
  4. Ice Cubes (0.5 cup)
  5. Cold Water (0.5 cup)

Instructions

This recipe will teach you how to prepare that thick and chilly coffee shake delight flavored with coffee.

  • Prepare your blender and put the following ingredients on it – 1 package Medifast vanilla shake, 1 shot of espresso, 1 pack of Splenda, and ½ cup of water. Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • Then gently add the ice cubes into the blender. Blend it again until you have a smooth and foamy like a shake.
  • Transfer your shake in a glass. Stir and enjoy.
