  • Start by washing the ½ pound of shrimp with shells on. After washing, use a clean towel to make sure they’re dry.

Next, get a large frying pan and put it over medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of Time Savor Gourmet Roasted Garlic Oil and 2 tablespoons of Time Savor Gourmet Garlic Gusto Seasoning or 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Stir to mix.
  • Then add the shrimps into the pan. Sautee for 4 to 5 minutes or until the color becomes brown on all sides, but not over cooked. When done, transfer the shrimps into a plate or small bowl.
  • Set your shrimps aside to let them cool off. You may also remove the shells on each shrimp while you’re waiting for them to cool down.
  • Put back the frying pan over the medium high heat. Add the diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of Time Savor Tuscan Fantasy Seasoning or Viva Italiano Seasoning, green beans, and 3 tablespoons of Capers. Simmer for 7 minutes or until you have crisp and tender green beans.
  • Then put back the shrimps into the pan and mix it with the tomato mixture made from the previous step. Add a salt and pepper on it. Simmer for another 3 to 4 minutes or until the shrimps are completely cooked.
  • When your shrimp with tomato mixture is thoroughly cooked, get it out from the pan and transfer it to a plate or bowl. You can serve it over spaghetti or fresh pasta or you can serve it by itself. Add freshly grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
  • Cooking Tips:
