Ingredients Needed

  1. Bananas (0.5 cup sliced)
  2. Carrots - Raw (0.25 cup strips or slices)
  3. Green Tea Powder (1.0 tbsp)
  4. Ground Cinnamon (0.5 tsp)
  5. Fresh Ginger (Grated) (1.0 tsp)
  6. Whey Protein Powder (1.0 scoop)
  7. Plain Yogurt (0.5 cup)
  8. Nut Milk (0.5 cup)
  9. Mango (0.5 cup)
  10. Pineapple (0.5 cup)
  11. Cucumber - Raw (0.25 cup of pared, chopped)
  12. Peanut Butter (1.0 tbsp)
