Weight Watchers Orange Beef And Broccoli recipe

Ingredients Needed

  1. Beef Bottom Sirloin Butt (Tri-Tip, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4'' Fat) (3.0 oz)
  2. Soy Sauce (1.0 tbsp)
  3. Garlic (1.0 clove)
  4. Ginger (1.0 tsp)
  5. Gourmet Red Peppers (1.0 oz)
  6. Canola Oil (2.0 tbsp)
  7. Broccoli Florets (1.0 cup)
  8. Onion (0.5 cup)
  9. Orange zest (1.0 tbsp)
  10. Orange Juice (1.0 oz)
  11. Corn Starch (1.0 tbsp)


Here's a delicious beef meal with a twist of orange zest that will surely be a hit!

  • Mix steak, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a large zip-close plastic bag air free then seal. Cool for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a large deep skillet over high heat then add oil. Add the beef and fry until lightly browned for 3 minutes then transfer beef to a plate.
  • Add the broccoli and onion and cook until the broccoli is bright green for 3 minutes.
  • Mix together the orange zest and juice and cornstarch in a cup then add to the skillet. Stir fry for 1 minute or until the sauce thickens and bubbles.
  • Add the beef to the orange mixture and cook for 2 minutes or until evenly heated.
