  9. Brown Sugar (16.0 tbsp)

  • In a nonreactive bowl, add the following ingredients: 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 cup of chopped red onions, 1 cup of sliced mango, 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes, 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of minced fresh ginger, 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice, 2 tablespoons of orange juice, 2 tablespoons of dry sherry, 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
