  1. Orange Juice (8.0 cup)
  2. Flour (8.0 tbsp)
  3. Pears (800.0 g)
  4. Dijon Mustard (8.0 tsp)
  5. Peppercorns (8.0 tsp, crushed)
  6. Nutmeg (Ground) (8.0 tsp)

Instructions

This is an easy to make recipe for Pear and Peppercorn Sauce.

  • Get a small saucepan and heat over medium flame. Combine 1 cup of orange juice and 1 tablespoon of flour.
  • Cook until it starts broil. When it broils, simmer until the mixture is reduced to ¾ cup.
  • Then add 2 medium sliced pears, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of crushed peppercorns, and ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
  • Continue to cook for few minutes until it is well blended and until the sauce thickens.
  • When it’s ready, remove from heat and transfer the sauce in a bowl. Serve.
