  3. Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (1.0 stick)

Here’s a recipe that will satisfy your craving and won’t add a lot of unhealthy things in your body. This is a soy sausage muffin recipe for those who are on P90X diet.

  • Cook the sausage by following the cooking instructions on the package.
  • Add mozzarella cheese on top of the English muffin. Cook it in a toaster oven or using the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Put the cooked sausage on one muffin half and put some on top with the other half.

    If you are using an oven, preheat it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and put the frozen patties in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

    If you are using a skillet, put the frozen patties in a cold nonstick skillet, and cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes while occasionally flipping over to make sure that both sides of the patties are equally cooked.

    If you are using a microwave, put the frozen patties on a microwave save plate and microwave on high. Turn over halfway through cooking time to make sure that both sides of the patties are browned evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
