Ingredients Needed

  1. Beef, Mince (500g)
  2. Oregano (1.0 tsp leaves)
  3. Soy Sauce (1.0 tbsp)
  4. Egg White (1.0 oz)
  5. Salt (1.0 dash)
  6. Black Pepper (1.0 dash)
  7. Sesame Burger Buns (4.0 rolls)
  8. Lettuce - Raw (1.0 cup of shredded or chopped)
  9. Mustard (1.0 tsp)
  10. Tomatoes - Raw (1.0 cup cherry)
  11. Hamburger Dill Pickle Slices (7.0 slices)


Here's a meaty and delicious healthy meal for everyone. With its juicy and tenderness, everyone will surely love.

  • Combine beef, onion, oregano or dried herbs, soy or Worcestershire sauce and egg white. Add dash of salt and pepper.
  • Form mixture into 4 burgers, wrap, and chill.
  • Preheat the barbeque grill and cook the burgers for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  • Slice the burger buns and toast both sides. Add lettuce, then burgers, mustard, tomatoes, and mustard, tomatoes and gherkins or dill pickles if you desire.
