  7. Self-rising flour (1.5 cup)

Instructions

Here’s a simple way to make a banana cake.

  • Make a cream consistency by mixing well the butter and sugar together. Then add the egg and mashed bananas. Mix well.
  • Next, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and 2 tablespoons of milk. Make sure to combine them well.
  • Then, stir in 1 and a half cups of flour. Make sure that the mentioned ingredients are well mixed together.
  • Line a cake tin with greaseproof paper or parchment paper. Pour in cake mix into the cake tin.
  • Prepare your oven by setting its temperature to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Put the cake tin into the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • To determine that the cake is well baked, you can insert a knife on it and when it came out of the center clean, that means the cake is cooked.
  • When done baking, take the cake out of the oven and place in a serving plate. Allow it to slightly cool down before serving.
