5:2 The fast diet

    My and my sweetheart started with a 5:2 nutrition this week. After reading Michael Mosley┬┤s book "The fast Diet", I want to try out this easy and convincing concept. To women this means: reduce your intake to 500kcl/day twice a week and eat normal on the other days. Try not to choose 2 fast days in a row. It promises weight loss and improvement of bloodsugar levels, triglycerides and high bloodpressure.
