I would like to be able to track calcium and iron intake. Also is there a way to track good sugar vs bad sugar. OR how can you adjust your sugar intake? I feel like sugar you get from fruit vs processed sugar is totally two different beasts..just an idea!

You can adjust your settings through the settings link in the top right. And yes, I hear you... hmm.. we might take that into account

Sugar has the same affect on your body regardless of where it comes from. The sugar that is in a piece of fruit, for example, only affects your body differently because there is the addition of fiber that your body takes longer to break down when digesting a piece of fruit. So, tracking 'good sugar vs bad sugar' would not help with achieving weight loss goals. Even 'good sugar' should be consumed minimally.

@SeriouslyFunJodi That's a good point. For people who don't need to lose weight, sugar isn't that big a deal, but if you are trying to lose weight, you need to develop the habit of limiting it, even the good ones.
