I recently joined boxing, to lose belly fats and and gain rock solid muscles, I didn't know that it really is good to have a trainer, it motivates you and you get to learn a lot of things.
I started up at an MMA gym and am currently doing their circuit training, boxing circuit and some striking classes. It's an amazing workout and I'm hoping to get in shape by July. You're right about the personal trainer... it REALLY helps a lot!
I started Kuk Sool Won (Korean Martial Arts) 7 months ago and I am near the blue belt. Dropped 17 pounds and have help with both my flexibility, endurance and stamina.
