The first food i've tried that I had to doctor up with something. Even the Southwest Eggs I can eat alone, but not these, ick, blech. Wasn't too bad with a LC Light wedge, but no. I'm sorry I have 2 boxes of these and not the Southwest Eggs..

I didn't like the eggs the first time I had them. I was like, this water is in no way going to turn into fluffy yellow eggs!!.

I add the water, add some red pepper flakes, pepper and whisk until frothy and mash in 1 wedge of LC cheese - pic your flavor I actually like it a lot with weight watchers pepperjack too. meanwhile pan is getting hot halfway between medium high and high, I think that makes it high medium high?.

Then squirt real fast with PAM pour in and dont touch for 30 seconds.. dont do it!!! NO NO..

Then I take a silicon spatula and scoot it all in from the edges. All the way around, scoot it towards the middle and just keep doing that until you have a semi resemblance of eggs in a pile in the center.. now.. dont touch it, leave it for a minute or so, I like a little golden color on mine.. then get a flipper spatula (you know the burger/grilled cheese one) and flip the whole thing over like a pancake, or a salmon patty or a hamburger, then repeat the let it sit stage.. do not touch let it get a little color on it. Serve..

I follow the directions on the packet and cook them in the microwave. Half way thru I stir them. They come out all fluffy..

I used to eat the eggs the first time I did Medifast, and I liked them just as they are. I made them in the microwave and thought they were pretty good. Not sure why but I haven't had any this time around..

They were fluffy enough. I put them in the microwave for 1 minute, mine works fast. It was the smell and the flavor. I don't know. They didn't taste like eggs to me. The cheese made it better. Maybe next time..

Just tried them for the first time. I have used the SW ones since the beginning but just tried the plain. I really liked them. To each his own. I added salt & pepper like I would with any egg..

When I was still eating them, I would split them in to two meals. I would also make a Medifast pancake into two meals..

Then Id eat pancakes and eggs twice that day.
