Help!! I am on day 7 since starting MF. The only problem, which is a pain in the butt is that occasionally my stomachs reacts & I have to make a mad dash to the bathroom..

It seems to be msotly after my Lean Meal..

Any ideas what to do & help to arrest this?.

Medifast sells digestive health which is a probiotic and helps. I also keep GasX handy..

You might want to ask a dietician here..

I'm in agreement with sunset. I take a probiotic daily. I don't take the Medifast one, I've been taking acidophilus - have been since before MF. I haven't had any problems - but everyone's body reacts differently to things..

Checking with nutritional support can't hurt..

Wishing you a great journey here!.

I have taken the Medifast probiotics from day 1. I've never had stomach cramps, but not sure if it's because I have been taking them. I have been plagued with gas, though..

I haven't had to make a mad dash, but I certainly have very different tummy things going on, including gas. Things are just, well, different..

There was a time I had to use GasX every day. Now, every once in awhile..

Had major gas problems lately, mostly in the evenings. Just tried Pearls IC and Charco Caps. Seems to be working..

Any of the high protein diets with Soy will give you gas in my opinion. And possibly loose bowels. I had this when I tried NutriSystem. Just drink more water and the probiotics should help..
