Hi all, I'm getting back on plan after about a year hiatus and am wondering... what are your favorite foods that are not on the official plan list but are still on plan? (e.g., I just read that Powerade Zero is okay - I'm very happy!) What else do you all enjoy?.

I just posted a thread in Medifast Connection about Walden Farms everything-free dressings and syrups. Be aware of sugar free syrups, some of them have a ton of carbs. I like PB2 too, chocolate more than regular but it has some carbs - 6 per 2 Tbsp..

Wish I could have PB2! Son is allergic to nuts..

LOVE Walden Farms dressings and the chocolate syrup. I substitute syrup for the water in the brownies... the BEST!.

Everything on the label is 0 except sodium (250mg). Like a diet drink, I would not go over two per day, and I do not count them as water..

Maybe you should ask Nutritional Support if you have questions, just to be sure..

There are carbs and fat listed in many of the items above which would impact your loss rate..
