There aren't a lot of rules, but keep the following in mind:
1) Everyone in the same group as you appear in your "Inspiration Feed" in the dashboard (in addition to your friends). So anything you post there will be viewable by anyone in this group.
2) The leaderboard to the right gets reset every Sunday at midnight EST. Only the top 10 gets displayed as well as you. If you are not in the top 10, you are listed in the bottom of the leaderboard.
3) If this is a private group, only the admin can invite other users to this group. If it's a public group, anyone can join.
