I found a little frosting kit for $3 at Walmart that will be perfect to make cream cheese frosting. But frosting them would make them less portable..

Would these work in a regular muffin pan? I can't tell the size of the doughnuts to compare to see if they are about as big around as a muffin..

These look amazing! Can't wait to try them. Just finished making the Chai latte/spiced pancake/egg muffins - they are cooling now.

Don't have a heart pan but do have mini muffin pan!.

I made them using a mini muffin pan and it filled all 12 spots. They taste good, but they don't look that good. When I took them out of the oven, the tops sunk in and the tops look and feel a little bit wet instead of the toasty look in the pictures. I will probably try again with regular muffin pan and see if that works better - or maybe in a metal baking pan like a bar cookie..

I made on plan cherry cream cheese for my heart doughnuts!.
