Can someone post a guide to day by day home exercise.
This will help many people because many don't know what exercises to do.Example
-Monday
Pushups = 3 sets 15 reps
Jumping jacks 2 sets 30 reps
...
If you want a really good home exercise I would recommend looking into the Insanity workout. I hate going to the gym and using equipment, and this is a workout that does not use any equipment and can be done all in one's own home. Be warned though, it's rather intense.
