Of everyone on MF, no matter what stage of the journey that you're on!.
I'm putting an all call out for new friends that would like to encourage each other to the goal of knocking out those last 15-20 pounds. I'm anticipating that these last pounds could come off slowly and so it would be easy to get dissapointed and off track with a slower lost. (Slow and steady wins the race!).
I know that I can do this, but I don't want to do it alone!.
Is there anyone else that is in a similar situation?.

Throwing out a challenge to everyone - minimum of 128 oz water today, and 30 minutes aerobic exercise of some sort (will be jogging for me)..
I know it's already afternoon there (is Monday morning 5am where I am right now), so if you want this challenge to be for Labor Day Monday, that's cool....
LOVE IT!! 128 oz's? WOW, sounds like a good challenge to me!! I think that I will try to get 30 minutes of walking in 3-5 times a week. (It's my first week so I want to stick to what my coach suggested.).

Yup... count me in, too. I've maintained at current weight for the last 6 mo. and just ordered new Medifast food to get the last 20-25 off by Thanksgiving!.
128 oz, I can do the 30 minutes of treadmill, but I will be driving a lot so can't commit to that much water, but I will drink at least 10 glasses tomorrow..
