Hi lagurl4eva. I blend 3/4 cups of cold water, 1 cup of ice chips and the powder from the mint chocolate softserve. For the mango, I use diet soda....orange or lemon-lime...instead of water. I prefer the lemon-lime..
I buy vanilla pudding specifically to make my coffee with it. I do it the same way I do it with regular shakes or with the soft serve, a large cup of coffee with a packet..
The coffee softserve mixed with iced black coffee is DELICIOUS! Also the cappucino the same way... then pour over ice.. Honestly does not taste like ANYTHING you should have on a diet!.
Weeks 1-4: (11.6) (4.4).
245- Start Medifast - 3/19/11.
220- Feather earrings.
199- (Have not seen this since 2007) Jeans.
190- (No longer OBESE!).
180- Date night to celebrate the weight I was when I met my hubby.
Have you seen the egg custard recipe? I got the vanilla pudding to do something different with the scrambled eggs, and I love egg custard. Try this:.
1 pack of vanilla pudding.
1 pack of scrambled eggs.
1 packet of splenda.
(1 teaspoon of vanilla extract if you have it) I am out so I haven't been using it..
Nutmeg or Cinnamon to sprinkle on top..
Mix together except for the nutmeg/cinnamon. I use my Ninja (like the majic bullet) but you can use a hand mixer. Put it in a micorwavable bowl. Sprinkle the top with the nutmeg or cinnamon. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes at 70% power. The length of time depends on your microwave. Go with less time at first and check it for doneness..
It is done when it is solid. The nice thing about this is it is two meals, so you can eat half and put the other half in the fridge for later. Its good hot or cold I think. Its my new favorite..
I love shakes and have made shakes out of hot drinks, cold drinks, soft serve, puddings, and even the brownies! I usually use 4-6 oz water and a handful of ice..
I also like muffins and make oatmeal and pancakes into muffins..
Mix any flavor oatmeal with 4 to 5 TBSP water, put in the bottom of a rounded coffee cup (no need to spray!) and microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds. (Thanks to fozzboz for this recipe, though he makes it in a Medifast brownie tray.).
I make the pancakes the same way, but use only about 3 TBSP water..
