Since there seem to be so many newbies here, I wanted to share my favorite threads in one post. Others can feel free to add more, but these are threads I go back to over and over again for motivation and inspiration..
Rather than bumping, I decided to consolidate them here.

If you are interested in particular threads and want to keep them in a central location on your MyMedifast page, and be notified when new posts appear, consider a thread Subscription..
To subscribe to a thread:.
1) Click the forum thread you are interested in subscribing to.
2) Under Thread Tools, click Subscribe to this Thread.
3) Under Notification Type, select if you want to be notified of new posts (by email).
4) Click the Add Subscription button.
To view your thread subscriptions:.
1) On the Discussion Boards page, click Edit Profile/Settings.
2) Under Subscribed Threads, click List Subscriptions.
3) Any threads with new posts will be bolded.
This is the most basic information for thread subscriptions. For more information, check out the Help Center..
This is awesome!! Thanks for the great information. It is really helping me to become more comfortable. Just finishing up day 2 and can see that this is really possible..
Just read all of the inspirational quotes. I'm not a "newbie" anymore (in my 14th week), but I really loved those. Some almost brought me to tears. Thanks for sharing..

So people can stay on track if they see others eating at what time they eat and what they are having and when do they have the L&G as some eat them for dinner or lunch or even breakfast ...

In your browser..
Click on browse and select the picture from your computer or drive. Also, resize it to a maximum of Message Board (640x480). Click on upload now..
After answering a captcha question, it will look like the following page. Select the line with IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards and copy it..
Paste into the Medifast discussion board..
The actual width to avoid scrolling is probably more like 440. If you know how to resize your picture ahead of time, feel free..
