Hi I am new to Medifast and I have a lot going on in my life. I am hoping that joining Medifast makes it easier for me to lose weight since I don't have to think as much about what I put in my mouth. I currently work 50+ hours a week, am a single mom of 6 and will be going back to school in the next year to finish up my clinical for my nursing degree. Does anyone think Medifast will help me?.

Absolutely. One of the great advantages of Medifast is that it is unbelievably convenient and needs no thought and very little preparation. It also travels well! Good luck to you! Sounds like you have your hands full..

I think I'm busy and can't hold it together and then I hear what you have on your plate(figuratively of course).....

I absolutely think you'll appreciate Medifast and how little thought and preparation it really requires. I work 10-12 hours per day and have a 4 hour daily round trip commute, and have 2 children. I find myself with little to no time to do much of anything but work and try to be a good parent, but know that staying the course I was on with overeating, no exercise and very obese and getting heavier was not sustainable for me..

I find the program very easy to follow and it requires very little thinking or planning outside of thinking if you should take a bar or pretzels or a Medifast meal with you that can survive heat and will not need prep if you are not near a sink or or kitchen..

I've had business trips and vacation to manage since starting the program and have managed to stay OP (On Program)..

It absolutely works and you will be so glad you have done this!.

That is one of the things I LOVE about this program: Food is one less thing I have to worry about. I just make sure my purse and desk stay stocked with my favorite grab 'n go food and then all I have to do is remember to eat, which is harder than it sounds..

The L&G is usually no problem either bc I have to fix dinner for the family anyway..

I just make sure the fridge is stocked with fresh veggies such as cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and cucumbers and the freezer has frozen bocca burgers or chicken breast that I pre-prepared, weighed and bagged that I can heat up quickly for nights when I am in a hurry..

This program really works! Good Luck!.

This is the exact reason I chose Medifast over other programs! The convenience and it has been so great!.

I agree with the 2 people above. My wife and I work full time and also are professional photographers that are often at sports stadiums. Friday night for example, it got to be a little past my eating time and I just reached into my pocket and wolfed down a bar between plays. Didn't miss a play or a bite, and didn't drop the camera. As for L &G, I just plan around it and eat earlier or later..

    Good luck..

Thanks for the motivation. I can't wait for the food to arrive. I don't think you are that far from me if you are in PA. I'm in Lancaster..

You can do it! I found Medifast to be EASIER than having to think about what to eat all day. Good luck to you!.
