I made Sandy's revolution rolls over the weekend and really liked them. I made cauli pizza crust tonight and got to thinking: would the revolution rolls work as a pizza crust?.

Instead of making 6 blobs, maybe make three and use one at a time as a crust?.

Has anyone tried this? If so, does it work OK?.

    Thanks!.

Interesting. My husband is loving the revolution rolls. I wonder how it would work with the 3 pizza crusts instead. Hmmmmm.....

IMO they are way too delicate to hold up under toppings. and moisture? i.e. sauce...idk..

I don't know about this - while I find that the revolution rolls work well for turkey burgers and dry sammiches, when I tried to use one with my Medifast Sloppy joe, that revolution roll soaked up the juice more efficiently than a Bounty Paper towel (the quicker picker upper!) so I don't know what it would do with pizza sauce............

    Just my 2 cents worth.........

Agree that it won't hold up under the sauce and/or toppings. However.... what about some "upside down" pizza - put the toppings down in a dish and top with the globs and bake????? I think it's worth a try..

I agree about it not being the right density to hold up the sauce and moisture, but I could see it working if you made 'chesse bread' and then dunked it in the sauce when it is time to eat it... try it and let us know!.

Thanks everyone! Good thoughts! I see what you mean about not holding up to sauce. Hmmm.....

If I try it, I'll let you know. I love these rolls..

I have found if you add some natural protein powder to the rolls they are a bit more firm. Just bake a little longer, or when making oversize rolls just line with lettuce or rice paper (fresh spring roll kind).
The moisture from your sauce will activate the paper. It's very thin paper. Just cut the paper to size of roll. One layer will do
    Hope this helps. Happy eating.
