Share your diet plan?

    Hello guys, please share your diet plan in this thread for others to get benefits. My diet plan involves lots of veggies and eggs. Half a bowl of salad with yoghurt. I drink a regular glass of fruit juices (different fruit juice everyday). On Sundays, I eat chicken and a bowl of goji berries to get lots of antioxidants. Now its your turn! :)
