I'd love it if we could modify our own protein, carbs, etc, ratios. I like eating more protein than carbs, for example, and it would be awesome if I could play with the numbers in order to get in my minimum amount of protein. This would be great for people following a paleo/primal diet or lifting weights!
One thing I would like to see is some more reporting (as in charts). Specifically, I have been eating fewer calories, and my target is supposed to be about 2k calories.
However, I find I am averaging between 1200 and 1600 lately. I would like it if there were some way for me to see the trend of what I have been consuming over a period of time, so I would know if I need to make adjustments.
Something similar to the weight history graph, but for the nutrition history.
This is a super nitpicky grammar thing but I would love to see the 'i.e.' for the Nutrition search bar ("i.e. Big Mac, Oatmeal") replaced with an 'e.g.' - the former is for when your list is all-inclusive, while the latter is for a list of examples.
Also, I second the suggestion for a nutrition history graph.
It would be great if we could adjust the timezones. I'm at GMT+2, so it doesn't always match too well with the site's times, and especially when getting up early I will probably have to be careful to add my food to the right date (I've just joined and been sleeping late these few days, so it hasn't been much of a problem yet). The same goes for the daily check-ins for challenges.
Another idea that came to my mind today: challenges that have weekly check-ins instead of daily ones, for example "Go for a walk at least three times a week".
Another thing I'd like is having the challenges reset or at least go back a bit if you don't check-in. At the moment, if I'm not complying with the challenge, I have to quit it and pick it up again, which is a bit bothersome. Though, this would probably also require the possibilty to check-in later than the actual date, so that people who don't use the computer every day wouldn't get penalized even though they're following through the challenge.
A lot of us track net carbs (carbs - fiber) if we're on a low-carb diet. It would be nice to be able to set that as a nutrition stat instead of straight carbs (and maybe hide the nutrition stats we don't care about).
Okay, if I had a magic button to push on the site it would be something to help create a grocery list ~ maybe from my Favorites List since that is the food I eat.... No pressure just input.
I am new to the site and I think all of you guys are amazing and thank you so much for all your time you put in to helping everyone.
This is the first suggestion on here that has nothing to do with tracking nutrition or exercise, hehe.
When it comes to adding friends, I think it would be cool if (like on Facebook) a little window appeared when you hovered the mouse over their name that said "send friend request." As it is now, you have to go to their profile, add as a friend, then go back to the page you were on. It isn't the biggest deal in the world, but it WOULD be a time saver.
It would be nice to be able to do something with the points you get, even if only virtually....like a house that you can earn decorations and upgrades for or pets...etc.

Please roll out simple ideas, preferably, i.e. "adding notifications for posts" instead of "adding a whole new exercises system".

And a nutrition history graph would be awesome!
It would also be nice to be able to type a little 'about me' section on my profile. Just a line or two.
