A little fresh salsa and a wedge of Laughing Cow Light melted/mashed in make them quite tasty! Not that I'm ordering MORE, mind you, but I am managing to eat the ones I already got!.

They also taste a lot better if you cook them on the stove rather than the microwave. I actually kind of like them, but I'm a bit weird.

I tried the eggs this morning and couldn't finish them! I will try adding the LC cheese & salsa. If that doesn't work I guess I will just be stuck with them! Any other suggestions would be appreciated also!.

Never microwave them, your house will smell like sulfur or something disgusting for about 2-3 days..

Another voice for cooking them on the stove! I like to put a few dashes of hot sauce on them too, I've grown to like them a lot more..

They make a really yummy cold breakfast custard! Mix half and half with a Medifast pudding, bake until set, chill. Makes 2 meals..

This takes a little extra time, but not much. Saut mushroom, onion, red bell pepper in Pam. Just a little, not even enough to put in a tablespoon! Just enough for taste. Mix egg w/a whisk. Cook on stovetop. Sometimes I add a little Parmesan cheese! Delish!!!.

I like the scrambled eggs. I never cooked them in the microwave. My sister mixes the eggs with egg beaters and uses the egg beaters as part of her "lean" she'll use the rest of her lean for another meal..

I like to cook it with green onions(not alot) and tomatoes, and fresh parsley. I will add a little salsa after cooked. Some people don't like cooked tomatoes but I don't mind them..

I'm a fan of the eggs, always use some eggbeaters with them, then either saute a little canadian bacon or ham or veggies and cheese...top with a dash of salsa or tabasco and I think they are great!! They cook really fast though so you have to scramble quickly and take off the stove before they are quite done or they get rubbery..

I like to make an omelet out of them with just a little smoked fish, chives and like 1/2 TBSP of FF Cream cheese. VERY good!.

I gotta say I was afraid to try them after all I read but I actually enjoy the southwestern ones cooked on the stove with a couple of spritzes of butter spray and a teaspoon of salsa or a few "dots" of ketchup. I like to put them in a bowl and eat them with a spoon..

I was also afraid to try the eggs until a friend gave them to me. I really like the eggs. I add a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese and cook them on the stove..

I eat them every day, cooked in the microwave with a tablespoon or two of eggbeaters..

    Extra bonus points......only 8 g carbs!!.

I love them in the tomato basil "bagel" recipe, and tried this this morning:.

MF eggs mixed with 1/2 cup cold seltzer, swirled in a 12" (or larger) preheated, Pam-sprayed saute pan. The egg will spread out like a crepe. When it's puffed up a bit, carefully flip it over (I can't get it in one piece - no worries)..

Meanwhile, I sauteed .5 cup of MSF grillers crumbles mixed with a little salsa and a wedge of LC chili queso cheese mixed in. Once that was done, I flipped out the egg crepe/burrito, filled it with the grillers, added a strip of roasted red pepper, wrapped it up and nuked it for 20 seconds. Then topped with chopped chives..

This made an amazing breakfast burrito, which I counted as follows:.

    1 Medifast meal.

    1/4 Leaner.

    1/2 Healthy fat.

    1/4 Green.

    2 condiments.

I actually enjoy them, my coach gave me a bit of advice from day one, blend them in my magic bullet, then ONLY cook them on the stove top...I then top with 1-2tbsp salsa and some pepper, I find them to taste pretty much like regular eggs cook this way.
