OMG... almost licked the bowl.... ok drank the milk tho!.

I had the fruity one with 0.5 cup of Unsweetend Silk Almond milk ( 1/2 a condiment). I think if I had used the Sweetened milk it would of been too sweet. This was a flash back to fruit loops..

Love it! Glad I ordered 2 boxes ( 1 of each kind... wonder if the other is just as good).

Did the cinnamon with 1/2 c Blue Diamond unsweetened which I liked. But I think that one is considered by Medifast to be the one serving/ 1/2 cup...which was enough for about half the cereal. LIked it alot tho..

I used only 1/2 cup for my cereal was more than enough.. I'm glad I chose Silk Almond unsweetened it taste good with the cereal and it's only half a condiment. Blue Diamond I think is 1 whole condiment..
