tomato bisque medifast hacks

    Lets just say it... the tomato bisque is the worst thing I've had on medifast... it's sort of pasty chalky and then its also weirdly sweet. It looked so pretty on the website, but pretty pictures don't make good food. Anyone have any creative tomato bisque hacks? Here's what I've come up with so far

    1. Italian Tomato bisque reboot-
    use 12 oz low sodium chicken broth instead of 8 oz of water
    add 2 tbsp of a nice marinara (I like rao's)
    1 packet of tomato bisque
    1 tsp of dried Italian spices (you can use oregano or basil as well)
    mix all ingredients in a cup, Nuke for 2 minutes, stir and nuke again for 1 minute. Let rest for 2 minutes

    2. Tomato bisque mexicana
    use 12 oz of low sodium chicken broth instead of water
    add 2 shakes of hot sauce
    2 tbsp of nice salsa or pico de gallo
    1 packet of tomato bisque
    2 tbsp of fresh cilantro, chopped
    2 tbsp of green onions, chopped

    add all ingredients in a big cup except onions and cilantro
    stir, nuke for 2 minutes, stir again and then nuke again for another minute. Garnish with fresh cilantro and green onions.

    Anyone else have any tomato bisque hacks? or another food hacks?

    I make mine into grilled cheese. I use 1/4 cup of egg beaters and cook like a flap jack, flip and then fold in half with some low fat cheese
