I'm still in my first order, so I haven't tried everything yet, but I think the chili or beef stew lasts longer for me..

I think the pretzels are very filling....

Also - on days when I feel really hungry, I reach for a bag of of the cheese pizza bites. I think they are disgusting, but there are so many in that dang bag! I still have never finished an entire bag of them, even on a day when I thought I was going to gnaw off my arm I was so hungry. I ate them until I didn't feel hungry any more and there was still like 1/4 of them left. Even though you're supposed to eat the whole bag to count as a meal, if it gets rid of the hunger, that's good enough for me!.

I second the Cheese Pizza Bites but I love them! They are great to take if you are eating out with the family but don't feel like ordering a meal; I got a small side salad and ate my Bites. I think I was the last one done eating.

I eat the cinnamon pretzels with 1 wedge of laughing cow cream cheese or the BBQ bites with 1 wedge of laughing cow swiss or garlic & herb (both light - so 35 calories and counts as 1 condiment).

I just tried the BBQ bites for the first time. I didn't finish them. I didn't care for the flavor but they are filling..

When I am having a really hungry day or a workout day, I grab a Caramel Nut Maintenance Bar. I agree that the cinnamon pretzels and pizza bites are filling as well....

The puffs are great too, just cause there are so many it takes me forever to finish them..

I know a lot of people don't care for it, but I like the oatmeal a lot and I think it's one of the most filling meals, especially if I have it with a cup of coffee..

I agree the bites are filling. Drink lots of water with them and eat them slowly and you will feel pretty full..

Oatmeal cookies (makes 3 - recipe on side of apple cinn box) is my filler-upper. Love them with coffee. I add ground flaxseed or chia seeds to the recipe..

The bites are also good, because I drink a lot while I eat them—dry..

Or the sloppy joe on a bed of lettuce with some diced veg..

Oatmeal is so filling to me and it sticks with you for hours. Either eaten as oatmeal or made into muffins and drink with a cup of coffee..

Making a GIANT shake from softbake, hot cocoa, or cappuccino. Use LOTS of snowy ice, about 1/2 cup of water and blend for a while, until aerated. These shakes really expand - you can eat them with a spoon. And they last a long time..

Try ggggood's suggestion - I had a dutch choc shake made into a frosty by using ALOT of ice and it is sooooo thick I have to eat it with a spoon. And it makes alot. I'm usually not even hungry 3 hours later. Yay..

I second (or third?) the shakes, soft serves, cookies, puddings, etc made into really thick eat-it-with-a-spoon "ice creams." If you take flax or something else for extra fiberdump that in too and you'll have a really filling meal..

I agree the oatmeal and shakes are the most filling. For me the.

    Least.

Filling is making the brownie/choc chip cookie in that little paper CUP! I usually make a shake with the brownies but I have made the actual brownie and although it is yummy it does not fill me at all like the oatmeal or shakes..

Oatmeal and Shakes are the most filling for me!!! Psychologically, I feel like I need to chew now and then though, otherwise I'd have them for every meal!!!.
