My coach is ordering my first package tomorrow! Then as soon as it arrives, I will begin! I am so excited to get started! I am really counting on this helping me lose the weight I need to finally get healthy again!

I really love the drinks but don't like the food much. I have been searching the internet for recipes to use that use up the food items.

If this is your first 30 day supply, they will exchange the foods you don't like for what you do like. You do have to pay for shipping. I would contact them on line. If you are beyond the 30 days, then you could always sell them on eBay.
I am on my 4th day and doing a 4 & 2 to begin as I have a cruise scheduled for early February and also have 100 lbs to lose. This was suggested as opposed to the 5 & 1 when I read the success book of "Suddenly Skinny" by Freya Taylor. Great for motivation!
I am on around day 6. The first few days were horrible, I felt so weak and irritable but I'm starting to feel better. I'm not seeing any difference yet so I'm getting really discouraged. I have around 70 to lose but I would be happy with 20. I have to take what I can get.
I have been successful on MF in the past. I've let the emotional eating get away from me for the last several years and find myself back at MFs door. It's just day 1. I have a number of trips planned for 2014 and 2015. Besides losing weight for myself, I want/need to fit in airplane seats more comfortably :)
