    Heya ladies,

I'm a huge music fan but I always find myself looking for new work out tunes, something that will really get me going.

What are some of your favorite tracks to sweat it out to?

I always listen to pop music/techno music because the beat is constantly moving! Usually Pitbull or David Guetta can do it!

To get new ideas and expand the genres of music I listen to I signed up at runhundred.com. They send you an email every week with about 5 diffrent songs, and the beats per min to each song. hope this helps.

I like "Skinny Songs" (google it) good beat, funny and motivational, also Jive Bunny and the Master Mixers, and Stars on 45. Biggest Loser CDs are good too.

I love listening to Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger, from Daft Punk. It really gives me motivation. Also, depends on the kind of exercise you're doing. Stretching is delicious with classical or very calm and pretty melodies, they help you concentrating and relaxing.

Also, Dead Sara =Weatherman - kinda grungy but loud & fast. Have fun!

My favorite recently has been "American Woman" Lenny Kravitz. Sometimes it's just best to go old school....
