    YAY! Finished two more food challenges...there are a whole lot more veggies in my world these days! Now if I could get my weekends under a little better control from a food standpoint, I'm sure I'd start to see more progress on the scale...

    Didn't track my food this weekend, and I know I failed pretty miserably on it, but did get a LOT of exercise building a fence with my hubby and bagging 10 bags of leaves. Looking forward to my weigh in later this week. Come on level 3!!

    Went for a celebration dinner for one of my besties and had a salad w dressing on the side! Dinner out is my worst time for slip ups, so this is HUGE for me!!

    Today is one of my "formal" weigh-in days, since I count on the scale at the gym as my main measurement tool. Been bad the last few days, but the home scale says I've still made progress. We shall see tonight!

    Just walked our dog up to our locally-owned pet supply store for a fancy spa bath. 2 1/2 miles...check!!

    WAY over on carbs & sugar again today, but I know that almost all of the carbs were from healthy sources - fruit, oats, organic beans...and my pre-workout protein shake. Not sure if I'll ever stay under on those two...

    Just logged lunch and already past my sugar intake for the day - does anyone have any suggestions for a lower sugar pre-made protein shake? I've been drinking the Special K ones, and they throw me off every time. I'm terrible at breakfast, and they are so easy to grab & go.

    Just realized that I have 14 weeks between now & my big summer vacation. If I can lose a pound a week, between now & then I'll practically be at my goal weight! Do-able???

    Way under my calories today...even with a couple of small splurges...chose wisely at dinner...AND killed it at the gym without my trainer for the first time in a LONG time!! Feeling pretty good about today!!

    Doing pretty well so far this week...had a great workout yesterday and stayed on track with my calorie intake. Today is starting off about the same, so fingers crossed for more great progress! Now to start seeing some results on the scale...

      You can do it! I logged my exercise, even though I didn't log my food, and it put me over for level 3!

      I'm also always over on carbs and sugar. And most days sodium, too. I eat a lot of fruit, and that's definitely a lot of it. I try not to let it get to me if it's from a healthy source and try again with my next meals.

      I've been using the Body by Vi shakes.. I really like em. Been doing well on them. I just have 1 in the morning though, not one for breakfast and lunch. If you go online, Im sure you can find someone who sells them close to you.

      I use the protein shakes by Advocare. They have no sugar and taste great! It comes in 3 flavors. My fave is chocolate. I love to mix in a banana or 2 T of peanut butter (tastes like a Reese's). Definitely satisfies my sweet tooth! You can buy it from me online at www.advocare.com/12027951. I did the Advocare 24 day challenge a couple of months ago and got hooked on these protein shakes then. I finally lost all my baby weight and I've never had this much energy! Give it a try! :)

      Definitely! I just finished a 14 week challenge and lost 18.8 lbs! Worked out at gym 4-5 times/week doing weight training and at least 45 minutes of cardio on those days, ate healthy (and used some Advocare products like Spark & Meal Replacements), and drank LOTS of water. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
