    Was doing pretty well, until my mom and I decided we'd have a little mother daughter time. I totally enjoyed some chicken wings after a pleasant walk around the mall. Now I gotta figure out how I'd like to burn 200 calories. No matter what tho, it was really nice to spend some time with just the two of us :)

    It's kinda funny, I've been on here for less than a week (four days to be exact) and I've lost 5 pounds already! I'm really happy about it cause' beating my own record :P. And I'm not huge or anything, just trying to follow my program and be as active as possible. Plus I'm doing the no added sugar challenge, which I started with. I hope this inspires everyone else to keep trying and stay strong ;)

      That happens to me all the time. Nothing like a little "peer pressure" to challenge your good intentions :) As long as it doesn't become a habit and you do try to make up for it, I think it's probably worth spending time with the people you love. Who knows, maybe you could convince your mom to go out for a salad!

      Actually my mom's the best ;) and totally understands what I'm trying to do. But I was dying for some chicken wings (yes I love chicken wings) after two and a half weeks of being pretty strict with myself, and so we decided to make a time of it. Spend some time together and ending with a light lunch. But no it's not a habit just a treat for working hard. No fries or anything just chicken (protein), plus I did manage to burn those extra calories.
