    133.8 today yaaaa!! Lost a smidge over 13 lbs now. Couple more pounds to go for my goal weight... This is 8 weeks of eating better and going to the gym. Hard work pays off baby.

    Still confused on if u should do all areas 5 times a week n rest for two or just one area a day and if u do one area how the heck can u workout for an hour? Anyways working out 5 days a week and eating good. :)

    @RouletteBabe changing ur diet is key. I have always worked out but I had no changes until I changed my eating habits (8 weeks ago) I have never been fat but gained a few lbs the last 4 months and decided I had to try something different.once I joined eating healthy with cardio and weight lifting I started seeing results! its healthy to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week if u lose too much too fast u can gain it all back and or just start feeling ur skin being loose

      If I understood correctly, you're asking about weightlifting? In general and especially as a beginner, doing compound lifts three times per week (for example M-W-F) is just about ideal. You need to give your body at least one day to rebuild after a heavy lifting session, but there is absolutely no point in doing a body part split program until much, much later on.

      If you really want to keep working out five days a week though, props to you! Just be sure to (more or less) alternate lifting and cardio. For example weights on Mon, Wed, and Fri, and cardio/rest days on Tues and Thurs.

      Thanks for the advice I will try it and see what happens. I have been successful in losing weight but I want to tone up a lil more also.

      No problem, let me know if you have any questions! Although technically, there is no such thing as "toning". ;) The only way to get "toned" is by losing weight or building muscle. So lift heavy!
